Belgrade Road, Stoke Newington

This Victorian terraced house in Stoke Newington underwent a major extension and refurbishment and provides much-needed additional kitchen and dining space in the form of a classic side-return. 

 

The work carried out included rebuilding of the existing outrigger (due to dry rot, wet rot and wood worm), new first floor bathroom, new roof to outrigger and an extension with carefully calculated glazing ratio in response to the the south-facing aspect of the garden.
