This Victorian terraced house in the Graham Road and Mapledene Conservation Area gives a new lease of life to a lovely family home.

The work carried out included excavation throughout the lower ground floor to give extra height in the kitchen/living area, an extension to provide a new dining area and double-glazed timber sash window replacement across all floors.

Throughout the newly created study is bespoke joinery in valchromat, with fluted drawer fronts and a pop of pink with jazzy handles.
 

Externally is an excavated dining area with stepped seating, perfect for summer barbecues and family get-togethers.
