Completed ahead of programme, this Victorian terraced house in London Borough of Waltham Forest underwent a major transformation.

Previously dark and cut off from the garden, alterations transformed the way the client and their dogs used the space. Using a refined palette of robust, quality materials and bespoke joinery a light and warm space was created.

A second phase of work to build a garden room is upcoming in June 2027.
