Yoakley Road, Hackney

An extensive refurbishment to a home in Hackney, including removal of an existing staircase, kitchen refurbishment featuring a bespoke terrazzo sink, joinery to the front and rear reception room and to the master bedroom. This created a wonderfully flexible area for large family gatherings and quieter times too.

The home also received a heating upgrade, moving to an air-source heat pump, reducing the home’s carbon footprint, greenhouse gas emissions and lowering energy bills.
